I'm a cookbook author and photographer with a passion for all things food and nature.
I discovered my passion for food photography when I wrote the first recipe for my cookbook, “Salmon From Market To Plate, when you want to eat salmon that is good for you and the oceans.” My goal is to create food photography that inspires and reflects my food choices and lifestyle—appetizing, effortless, and healthy.
When I'm not cooking, I study and photograph the wildlife and the bountiful Kentucky woodlands near my home. I'm working on a coffee table book titled, “This Western Kentucky Life In Three Word Photographs.”
